Background: The beauty industry faces a significant challenge with the introduction of Senate Bill 354, which threatens to deregulate licensure requirements, impacting the integrity and professionalism within the sector. With deregulation already a reality in 13 states, this summit calls Georgia’s beauty professionals to action to prevent similar outcomes.
